The UKYP Annual Sitting took place over the weekend of 27th – 29th July. Over 250 MYPs gathered in Nottingham to shape the UKYP Manifesto, debate important issues, and to meet other members from across the country.
The MYPs heard from the Speaker of the House of Commons, John Bercow MP, as well as Tim Loughton MP, Parliametary Under-secretary for Children and Families. The weekend also included a speech from Peter Tatchell, the Director of the Peter Tatchell Foundation, who spoke about inequality at the Olympics.
You can see lots more photos from the weekend on the UKYP Facebook page – be sure to tag yourself!
