The elections will take place over a three week period (not including half term) and start on Monday 4th Feb- Friday 1st March 2012. The elections will be paper ballot and be through schools. Milton Keynes is split into three areas (north, central and south) and elections will be held in a specific week for each area. Schools will be encouraged to have a polling day (a Thursday) but arrangements will be made according to schools need and wishes.
Closing date for the nominations is Thursday 29th November
