    We would love to hear from you! Please fill out this form. It is important to state when and where you were elected and as a MYP or DMYP.
    • Please upload an image of the D/MYP's face so we can use it for their profile on the website. The image MUST be at least 460 wide by 290 high (in pixels) but smaller than 1000 wide by 1000 high and have the key part of the image in the centre as it may be auto cropped. The file name must be the correct candidate name.
    • Put your local education authority Facebook 'page' (it has to be a PAGE) here so we can embed this on the website to enable others to like your work and share it. Find details on the Contact page. Make sure you include the full website url (EG 'http://www.facebook.com/UKyouthparliament') and check the link to make sure the link works.

    • What is your Bio and your UKYP MYP Priorities (please state if you are a MYP or DMYP and the date of your election, area and number of votes you gained)? Add information that others will find usefull and help UKYP. Suggest the accurate content that you would like publshed about the candidate (check you have permission from them to post this first). Make sure you check spelling and grammar and save your own copy of the post before submitting to us.
