Although the administrators and moderators of UK Youth Parliament Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable
messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of
the author, and neither the owners of UK Youth Parliament Forums, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin)
will be held responsible for the content of any message.
To use the UKYP Forums you must observe the following rules:
- DO NOT post messages which are racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise offensive
- DO NOT give out your telephone number, mobile number, postal address, email address or personal website
- DO NOT post messages which contain swear words or other language likely to offend
- DO NOT repeatedly post the same or similar messages (referred to as 'spam')
- DO NOT impersonate other people
- DO NOT advertise products or services or post web links
Infractions
- If a user violates any of the above rules, they will receive an infraction notice.
- If a user receives three infraction notices in one week, they will be placed in the moderated group (all posts will have to be approved before appearing on the forum). The user will remain in the moderated group for one week.
- If during this period, the user does not violate any of the forum rules, they will be permitted to post messages as normal. However, if the user continues to violate forum rules during this period, their account will be terminated and IP address blocked.
- If a user receives 10 infraction notices over any given period they will be banned for one month.
- If a user receives 15 infraction notices over any given period they will have their account terminated and IP address blocked.
N.B. UKYP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership account at any time. UKYP also reserves the right to delete any posting, at any time, for any reason.
