Key dates

  1. By 22nd Aug– All MYPs, and Local Authority/Partner (who had registered by 23rd July) ballots have now been sent out.

LA ballots have been sent in boxes of 5,000. If Workers are yet to receive the LA delivery you can find your tracking number and DHL Tracking Service here  Or you can use the Tally Sheet, Voting Cards or online- read on for more details about the easiest way to download all the resources.

  1. 12th Aug- 6th Oct Run the vote. Details of pre-registered schools, colleges and youth groups will be emailed to workers at the end of July
  2. 5pm 6th Oct: Deadline to submit your results online, the link will open in mid-Sept (sorry, we aren’t able to accept results by any other means).

Ways of voting:

Tally Sheet– simple and straight forward way of running the vote. Perfect for Form/Tutor Groups, Fresher’s Fairs, small group work.

Paper Ballot– if you didn’t register before 23rd July, and would like to print your own ballots our PRESS version is suitable for commercial printers. The cheapest we’ve found for A5 90gsm ballots is through www.onlineprinters.co.uk and standard delivery takes around 7 days from order.
