-------------------------------------------------------- Which political issues are you most passionate about? Travel for the 16-18 age groups and the media perception of young people as "yobs". What do you feel is the biggest issue for young people in your constituency? Tackling the stereotypes which act as barriers between different social groups and sometimes the problems they cause such as communication with adults and young people. What do you hope to achieve during your term of office? A successful promotion of local young people by the means of their talent. What is your future career ambition? After sixth form, hopefully go to university, after that I'm undecided. Which public figure do you most admire and why? Shakira. An unusual choice on this side of the world but she always stands up for what is right in her songs and is aware of the injustices in her country. She's very conscious of the make up of South American and Colombian politics and how they reflect on the rest of the world. "I am trying to make my accent so it won't bother anyone, but I am not going to drive myself crazy trying to pretend I am an American girl when I am from Colombia". If there was one message you could send to the government, what would it be? Stop and LISTEN.
