--------------------------------------------------------
Which political issues are you
most passionate about?
At the moment I believe that the issue of global warming is very disturbing, things need to be addressed quickly but many people are unaware of the damage that it is causing. Also I believe healthy eating and obesity issues need to be tackled as a matter of urgency.
What do you feel is the biggest
issue for young people in your constituency?
The biggest issue for young people in my constituency is places and things to do. There are limited numbers of youth provisions and activities which need to be expanded for the growing population.
What do you hope to achieve during
your term of office?
To get the most out of my role by learning new things and influencing other people.
To make other young people aware of the role that I play and that they too have a voice to speak out with.
What is your future career ambition?
My future career ambition is to study for an honours degree in Physiotherapy and become a football physiotherapist or work in the private sector.
Which public figure do you most
admire and why?
Nelson Mandela stood up for what he believed in and did not discriminate against white people. He respected people and that is what makes a good person.
If there was one message you could
send to the government, what would it be?
The youth voice counts, we are the future of this country and to listen to us now would be a good use of your time.
Additional comments:
I’ m looking forward to my time in office and hope that I can put forward the ideas of many people within my constituency.
