Which political issues are you
most passionate about?
There are lots of issues I feel passionate
about including voting at 16, bullying, racism and improving youth
cultures.
What do you feel is the biggest
issue for young people in your constituency?
I feel that a big issue in my location
is social border, and I don't feel that youth clubs are the way
forward in this area.
What do you hope to achieve during
your term of office?
I hope to not only enhance Sunderland's
youth services but to work with others to make the UK's youth provision
is better.
What is your future career ambition?
I have taken G.C.S.E options and
hope to take A-Levels that will leave me with a wide variety of
career options which I can pursue, one of which would hopefully
include a role on the political front.
Which public figure do you most
admire and why?
The public figure I most admire is
Helen Patterson, the newly appointed Director of Children's Services
at Sunderland City Council, because I feel that she is a good political
figure, intelligent and knows about the issues that young people
face.
If there was one message you could
send to the government, what would it be?
The one message I would send to the
government would be, 'We are the generation of tomorrow, listen
to us now, or loose us forever.'
Additional comments:
I'm a 'funny' kind of person knows
how to have a good laugh, and when to take thing seriously. I hope
to make a good contribution to the UK Youth Parliament.
