--------------------------------------------------------
Which political issues are you
most passionate about?
We live in a multicultural society, where racism is a frequent occurrence, as young people we need to show the world that we don’t care where someone is from and what colour their skin is. Also, we need better education about people’s property and why people should not steal or damage people’s property.
What do you feel is the biggest
issue for young people in your constituency?
Public transport - this is a big issue as many young people say that they have to wait for busses which are nearly always late and then they have to pay adult fares even if they are 13 and in school uniforms. I find that this is very unfair and I am going to campaign until this ceases.
What do you hope to achieve during
your term of office?
I want to bring changes to how young people are seen in society and also how young people are taken into account in the issue of public transport. And finally I would like to get more young people involved in politics.
What is your future career ambition?
My future career options are to become a psychologist or possibly an MP. As I am really interested in politics and psychology.
Which public figure do you most
admire and why?
Winston Churchill because he led the people of England through the terrors of WW2.
If there was one message you could
send to the government, what would it be?
Listen to young people more, as we have many interesting ideas about certain issues.
Additional comments:
The Government should work for the people not their selves and their own reputation.
