Which political issues are you
most passionate about?
At the moment I feel most passionate about the portrayal of young people in the media and the stereotyping of them by police and councillors. I feel this is important because young people should have a chance to prove that they are not all bad.
What do you feel is the biggest
issue for young people in your constituency?
One of the biggest issues for young people in my constituency is vandalism and bullying. This is a big problem in Telford and Wrekin because when there is something done to prevent vandalism, like putting up a skate park, it is in the areas that would most suite a football pitch so bullying occurs.
What do you hope to achieve during
your term of office?
In my term of office I hope to actively represent the views of young people in Telford and Wrekin and resolve some of the issues I've talked about in the first and second questions.
What is your future career ambition?
In the future I aspire to be a well known and inspirational musician which I know isn't very political but I feel that you can influence people more through music than through big speeches or political meetings.
Which public figure do you most
admire and why?
I most admire Jimi Page the former lead singer of Led Zepplin because he is a world famous musician who has gone from the rock life style and is now doing charity work in third world countries. He has followed his passionate concerns for these causes rather than what other people may expect of him.
If there was one message you could
send to the government, what would it be?
Exams such as SATs should not be the priority because you end up with the teachers teaching for the exam and not allowing any room for creativity.
