MYPs bask in the Shine-light

06.07.2009

MYPs up and down the country are getting involved and supporting Shine Week, a national festival celebrating all the talents in all young people.

Taking place between 6th and 10th July 2009, Shine Week is embracing the energy and enthusiasm of young people, teachers and youth workers. Shine Week is about celebrating all talent, whether in performing arts, technology, science or working in the community.

Last year over 2,500 school and organisations participated in Shine, with around a million young people taking part.
