Election dates announced

09.09.2009

The dates for the 2010 UK Youth Parliament elections are now available on the UK Youth Parliament website.

If you are aged 11-18 and want to have a greater involvement with the UK Youth Parliament, then why not consider standing for election?

Once elected, Members of Youth Parliament (MYPs) take part in projects, campaigns and events, put the views of young people forward to decision makers, attend the UK Youth Parliament Annual Sitting and much, much more!

To get a flavour of what it’s like being an MYP, watch our new short film (click on image above). The film features real young people telling inspiring true stories about how they got involved in the UK Youth Parliament and what they have achieved.

For more details about becoming an MYP, please click here.
