-------------------------------------------------------- Which political issues are you most passionate about? I am most passionate about the issues surrounding homophobic and Special Educational Needs bullying and stereotypes. What do you feel is the biggest issue for young people in your constituency? I feel that the biggest issues in my constituency are gang violence, public transport, and knife crime. What do you hope to achieve during your term of office? I would like to work with the local council and MPs to raise awareness of homophobic and SEN bullying. I would also like to work on the media's perception of young people by writing positive articles and redefining derogatory terms like CHAV, YOB, HOODIE. What is your future career ambition? As yet I am uncertain. Which public figure do you most admire and why? Though I disagree with some of his views, I quite admire Barack Obama, the current US President. I think he’s a dynamic and articulate speaker. If there was one message you could send to the government, what would it be? I want young people to be an active part of the process that initiates and passes laws that affect young people. How can you help people if you don’t know what they want?
