Issues such as the 42 days holding without charge rule by the government and whether this is fair or not and the recent conflict in the Gaza strip. What do you feel is the biggest issue for young people in your constituency? Due to the high average age of those on the island, I would say getting young people’s opinions heard on issues is important, as many of the older generation feel we do not yet have enough life experience to have a say in the running of our local government. What do you hope to achieve during your term of office? Young people having more ability to make their voices heard on important issues. What is your future career ambition? Becoming a marine biologist. Which public figure do you most admire and why? Margret Thatcher, not because I believe in her policies, but I admire her determination and her strong political will. If there was one message you could send to the government, what would it be?
